Planned maintenance

Willings recognises that the initial installation of  a system is only part of the picture and that after sales service and maintenance are sometimes more important.

As with any product, over time parts become worn and may need replacing. Similar to a car, your equipment should be regularly serviced to tighten and re-calibrate essential components. All of our work is carried out by one of our directly employed multi-skilled technicians.

Our maintenance department has the flexibility to provide maintenance contracts tailored to meet individual customers needs.

Although sometimes requested, we do not believe in requesting money up front or complicated contracts.

All our basic contracts offer:-

No tie-in period;

No payment in advance;

Payment following satisfactory visit.






Pre-contract visit
As part of health & safety procedures, we would insist on a pre-contract visit before the commencement of any contract, unless proof is supplied showing a maintenance visit has been carried out within the last 6 months.

This inspection consists of a full maintenance overhaul with a checklist and assessment of each individual piece of equipment. It will also include a detailed report that will provide you with any recommendations of future works as well as any current health and safety issues that will need to be rectified before the contract can commence.

Basic types of contact
Standard contract
This is an annual contract with a set schedule of maintenance visits  with a priority and reduced costs for reactive callouts.

Labour inclusive
This is an annual contract with a set schedule of maintenance visits and includes unlimited callouts.






Labour and parts inclusive
This is an all-inclusive package ensuring you peace of mind with no unbudgeted expenses.
