The installation process required for integrated systems consists of much more than just pulling cables and mounting devices.

Willings has learned that to properly manage the installation, it is best to control all aspects of the project. This dictates that the personnel performing the installation are employed by Willings and not sub-contractors.

The design and construction of simple or complex systems require a high degree of experience and attention to detail if the end product is to exactly satisfy the customers requirements.

Proposed designs are prepared after a careful study of the customer’s requirements and reflect our extensive experience in system design and engineering.

We adopts a flexible approach during the early phases of the design. This allows the customer maximum opportunity to be involved, with the aim of ensuring the final product exactly fulfils the customers needs.

All our products are available with a wide range of control options.

Warranty upgrade

This is a popular contract for all new clients, it gives them the opportunity to upgrade their standard warranty to incorporate one scheduled maintenance visit 6 months after the commissioning date. It also comes with a range of guaranteed response times.

Extended warranty

This contract can only be issued on our equipment within the first year of operation. We believe in our products and want them to fulfil your expectations. To reflect this we offer this exclusive package. It comes with either a 3 or 5 year fixed rate all inclusive contract which includes callouts, servicing and spares within the price.
